The AIFC Academy of Law, jointly with international partners organised training on “Asset Tracing and Recovery” for law enforcement and government officials of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The training course was aimed to deliver the fundamental aspects of Asset Tracing and Recovery procedure from foreign jurisdictions, instruments, legal and practical matters, case study.
This event is to support law enforcement and government agencies in Asset Tracing and Recovery from foreign jurisdictions to the Republic of Kazakhstan under the Order of the Head of State.
