Panel session on Strategic Investment Agreement as a New Investment Instrument for Strategic Investors of the Law Conference 2021.      
In 2020 the new investment instrument for strategic investors – strategic investment agreement was introduced as one of the measures for the economic recovery of Kazakhstan. The session provided information on how strategic investors can benefit from the AIFC Jurisdiction.
