On February 19, 2020, the AIFC hosted a panel session on “How to use AIFC privileges to enhance your business”. The panel discussion included representatives from government bodies, national companies, Kazakhstani companies with substantial export potential, and representatives of the international business community.
The panel session was dedicated to raising awareness of the benefits of the AIFC, and to providing real-life examples of how these benefits are being used by AIFC participants.
Speakers of the panel session representing companies registered as AIFC participants included Mr. Dmitry Rodin, CEO of Advantage Kazakhstan, Mr. Paul Pullinger from Ozara Services Ltd, and others who shared real case examples relating to the AIFC jurisdiction. The speakers focused especially on various beneficial aspects of operating as a successful business within the AIFC.
The event was designed to create awareness about important matters relating to operating within the AIFC, and to encourage local and regional companies to explore opportunities to join the AIFC community.
An innovative environment for financial activities has been created in the AIFC. A diverse range of financial services, related capital markets activities, and various support functions may be undertaken in this international business environment.
Currently, 387 companies from 36 countries are registered under the AIFC jurisdiction.
