The AIFC Law Academy held a “Seminar on the Application of AIFC Jurisdiction” as part of the 2021 AIFC Legal Conference.
During the workshop speakers Maksim Burak, Partner at Grata and Aruzhan Aimak, Senior Associate at Grata discussed case of an amalgamation involving Unicorn Crops Ltd and Zeren Bidai Group LLP covering practical aspects related to the application of AIFC jurisdiction and its Law.
Simon FT Cox, Member of AIFC Legal Advisory Council, Senior Consultant at Norton Rose Fulbright, moderated this discussion and questions from audience.
