This course will provide general overview of the AIFC Legal Framework which is based on principles, legislation and precedents of the law of England and Wales and the standards of leading global financial centres. Lecture will cover national legislation on AIFC and general legal framework.
This course is designed for lawyers, legal practitioners, in-house lawyers and other professionals whose work involve exposure to AIFC legal regime.
