The AIFC Academy of Law opens registration for the course “English common law in the AIFC jurisdiction”, where an expert Anton Didikin will acquaint the participants with the features of English common law and the AIFC law.

In this course you will learn more about:

– features of the common law of England and Wales;

– forms of legal entities in English law and international financial centres;

– the influence of English contract law on the AIFC law;

– the taxation system in international financial centres in comparison with national legislation (e.g. UK, UAE, Singapore, Kazakhstan).

Lecture 3. Contract Law

Lecture 4. Specifics of the tax preferences of international financial centres

 

Course speaker:

Anton Didikin is PhD in Law with 17 years of experience in academic research, education, expert and analytical activities, legal business, work in public associations, in advisory bodies under the EEC of the EAEU and public authorities in the Russian Federation.

From 2019 he is the founder and director of the Legal Consulting Community Ltd. registered in the AIFC.

From 2018 Anton Didikin is a professor at the faculty of law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow)
